Delta Construction Group was recently formed as a result of a merger between Delta Paving and Warman Excavating & Trenching.  We serve the Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, Mulit-Residential, Residential and Property Management industries. We are proud to work with Saskatoon and surrounding area’s finest General Contractors, Developers, Property Owners, Property Managers and Homeowners.

Our expert services include paving and road reconstruction, excavation, trenching, water and sewer services, and winter services such as snow removal and powerline access.

Delta Construction Group is a member of the Saskatchewan Construction Association and the Saskatchewan Heavy Construction Association. We are also ISNET certified, ensuring that we meet and adhere to the strictest safety policies and programs available. We will spend the time necessary with our customers before a job starts so that we fully understand their needs and the project requirement. Lee Warman, President

Lee Warman is an entrepreneur who began his construction career over twenty years ago.  He has spent the last 20 years working in the construction industry in various capacities from equipment operator, mechanic, diamond driller, power lineman, foreman, supervisor, estimator and now Partner of Delta Construction Group Inc.  He is a highly skilled tradesman with a reputation for getting the job done right. Lee was the founder of Warman Excavating and Trenching which merged with Delta Paving LTD to form Delta Construction Group Inc.

Simon Pollard

Simon Pollard

Simon Pollard is the Vice President of the Delta Construction Group, he has nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry and has worked in a wide variety of construction roles across the residential, commercial, infrastructure and industrial sectors both in Canada and overseas. Simon started his construction career out in the field as an operator and has progressively worked his way up to senior management positions. Simon has diversified experience in plant and equipment management, construction supervision and management of major infrastructure projects including highways, piling, shoring, concrete foundations, earthworks, railways, bridges and tunnels. He holds a CPC in Transport and Fleet Management, CSCS for Construction Plant and Equipment Management, NVQ in Stores (Warehouse) and Distribution, and Plant (Equipment) Operations. Simon most recently spent 5 years as a senior leader at one of Canada’s best Managed companies.

Barry Remai, FCPA, FCA

Barry Remai is a Partner in the Remai Group of Companies, a family business which is active in the development, management and ownership of multi-residential, commercial and hospitality real estate.  He holds a Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

TERRY J. KIMPINSKI, Q.C.

Terry Kimpinski received a B.Comm. in 1989, and his LL.B. with distinction in 1990 – both from the University of Saskatchewan. He was the President of the Law Students’ Association from 1989-90, while attending the University of Saskatchewan Law School. Terry joined Leland Kimpinski in 1995 and became a partner, working in the corporate/commercial, lending, landlord/tenant and real estate areas.  Terry received a Queen’s Counsel designation in January, 2010. He was inducted into the Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame in 2003.

Terry served on the Canadian Bar Association National Council for four years, 2007-11 and the National Board of Directors in 2009-10. Terry sat on the Saskatoon Bar Association Executive from 1994-2004, serving as President in 2002-03. Terry taught Commercial Law at the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology for several years and has presented to several CBA sections over the years. Terry’s community involvement has included sitting on the boards of the Saskatoon Symphony Society from 1991-95 where he served as Corporate Secretary and later as Honorary Solicitor, Junior Achievement from 1991-99 where he served as Corporate Secretary and Chair from 1995-97, St. Ann’s Senior Citizen’s Village from 2006-2007, and St. Paul’s Hospital from 2012-2015.

Bart Hunter

Throughout his career, Bart has surrounded himself with a team of professionals that consistently focus on the needs of their clients and are driven to constantly innovate new and better ways to add value.

Bart and his wife Cindy enjoy travelling, spending time with family and friends. He has given his time volunteering with many charitable and community organizations, and most notably, was honoured in 2011 at Saskatoon’s National Philanthropist Day for his work with the Saskatoon Community Foundation. In 2006, he was proud to have been recognized as one of the Top 100 volunteers in Saskatoon’s one hundred year history.

Trevor Hewison

Trevor Hewison spent three years at the University of Saskatchewan in 1990 studying Economics, he is a serial entrepreneur and is currently the President of Trevor Hewison Holdings Ltd., a residential and commercial development company with projects in Canada and the United States.

From 1992 to 1993 Trevor was the General Manager of Jet Breeze USA in Tampa FL. He was responsible for the design and development of a personal watercraft. After the development was complete, he set up a dealer network in the state of Florida. In 1994, he co-founded Shuttle Craft, a boat manufacturer in Saskatoon Saskatchewan. Trevor was responsible for Research and Development, and Manufacturing. In 2000, Trevor co-founded FRP Manufacturing, a fiberglass tank manufacturer that specialized in tanks for potable water, chemicals, oil and gas, and wastewater, sold through a dealer network throughout Canada and the US. The company was sold in 2005. In 2003, he co-founded SRED Automation, the company specialized in research and development tax credits. The company was sold in 2013 to Ernst & Young LLP.
