Delta Construction Group was recently formed as a result of a merger between Delta Paving and Warman Excavating & Trenching. We serve the Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, Multi-Residential, Residential and Property Management industries. We are proud to work with Saskatoon and surrounding area’s finest General Contractors, Developers, Property Owners, Property Managers and Homeowners.

Our expert services include paving and road reconstruction, excavation, concrete, aggregate production & sales, engineering & design, trenching, water and sewer services, and winter services such as snow removal and powerline access.

Delta Construction Group is a member of the Saskatchewan Construction Association and the Saskatchewan Heavy Construction Association. We are also ISNET certified, ensuring that we meet and adhere to the strictest safety policies and programs available. We will spend the time necessary with our customers before a job starts so that we fully understand their needs and the project requirement. Barry Remai, FCPA, FCA

Barry Remai is a Partner in the Remai Group of Companies, a family business which is active in the development, management and ownership of multi-residential, commercial and hospitality real estate. He holds a Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

TERRY J. KIMPINSKI, Q.C.

Terry Kimpinski received a B.Comm. in 1989, and his LL.B. with distinction in 1990 – both from the University of Saskatchewan. He was the President of the Law Students’ Association from 1989-90, while attending the University of Saskatchewan Law School. Terry joined Leland Kimpinski in 1995 and became a partner, working in the corporate/commercial, lending, landlord/tenant and real estate areas. Terry received a Queen’s Counsel designation in January, 2010. He was inducted into the Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame in 2003.

Bart Hunter

Trevor Hewison spent three years at the University of Saskatchewan in 1990 studying Economics, he is a serial entrepreneur and is currently the President of Trevor Hewison Holdings Ltd., a residential and commercial development company with projects in Canada and the United States.
